Who is responsible for your data

Nutrapél is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this site. Heritage Collection is a brand of Nutrapél. You can request the full legal entity name and registered address of the data controller by writing to ama@nutrapel.com.mx.

What data we collect

We only collect what you type into our forms. We do not process sensitive data and we do not obtain your data from third parties.

• Contact details: name, email address and phone number.
• Hotel details: property name, website (optional) and approximate number of rooms.
• The logo you upload to the brand configurator, along with the finish and products you select.
• Any message you write in the contact form.

What we use it for

The primary purposes, needed to assist you, are: answering your enquiry, preparing the customization proposal, producing the physical sample if you request it, and following up commercially.

We do not use your data for purposes other than those above. If in future we wanted to send you commercial communications unrelated to your enquiry, we would ask you separately and you could decline without it affecting your request.

What happens to the logo you upload

Your logo is processed in your own browser to build the preview: background removal and the mock-up onto the bottles happen on your device.

When you submit the form, that logo is stored together with your contact details, because it is what lets us prepare your proposal and, where applicable, the physical sample.

We use it for that alone. We do not publish it, do not show it as a client reference and do not pass it to anyone without your express written authorization.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade your personal data. To run this site we rely on providers that process it on our behalf and solely to deliver their service: Vercel Inc. (site hosting) and Resend (sending the email with your request).

We may disclose your data where required by a competent authority or applicable law.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, afterwards, for as long as needed to meet legal or tax obligations. Once it is no longer necessary, we delete it.

Your ARCO rights

You have the right to know what data we hold and what we use it for (Access), to ask us to correct anything inaccurate (Rectification), to have it deleted where you believe it is not being used in line with this notice (Cancellation) and to object to a particular use (Objection). You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, write to ama@nutrapel.com.mx stating your name, the email you contacted us from and what you are requesting. We will reply within the periods set by Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Should we add measurement tools in future, we will say so in this notice before switching them on.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The current version will always be published on this page, with its update date.
